With Chuck gone, Kim not tied to HHM anymore and the Sandpiper settlement story arc finished, it doesn't seem like there's much reason for Howard to appear anymore. Perhaps we'll see him at Chuck's funeral, but otherwise it might be the last we've seen of him?
