It must have been so satisfying for Mike to have been the one to kill Leonel Salamanca via lethal injection. In Breaking Bad it appears to be just another job Gus sent him to do but it isn't until Better Call Saul that we find out that both Salamanca cousins actually threatened Kaylee's life.
