During the scene when Jimmy is with the realtor showing Kim the new offices, he describes them as dentists offices (which they are). However, to me by the he's describing it it seems like he's trying to imply that he and Kim were indeed dentists.
If this is the case...why does it matter? Are certain buildings only zoned for certain professions? They don't make it a secret they are running a law practice after they lease the place.
I guess my confusion stems from why Jimmy needed the con the realtor into thinking that actual dentists were going to use the place (assuming that is indeed what he was trying to do. It is a possibility I'm misinterpreting the whole scene). Why would the realtor care what profession is moving in, as long as the landlords get paid?
