At the end of Arrow last night, when Oliver was released from prison, he's met outside of the gates by Felicity and Diggle. After he kisses Felicity, the camera pans out, and Diggle is suddenly nowhere to be seen. The building behind Diggle has managed to seemingly disappear, as well.
