I’m watching the new episode right now-about 15 minutes in. I’ll try not to be spoiler-y, but I have to say it.... Guys, so far this is a really good episode. I was NOT expecting this at all. I like where this seems to be going. I hated the rumors that Fear and TWD were going to merge into one series but I can see it working well now. I don’t know how well characters like Travis would’ve interacted with characters like Carol or Negan. Idk if I would’ve wanted to watch that. But now? Oh absolutely....These new characters they’ve introduced feel like they could’ve been in the original series.
I have only one complaint: I have NOT yet seen even one connection to Rick or where he is. I could’ve sworn Kirkman or someone said there would be a connection between where Rick is on Fear. That’s prob on me though, I must’ve missed it. I’ll catch it on the rewatch.
