Anyone realize Nacho tried and failed to kill 3 Salamanca's?

Nacho wanted Tuco to die and originally hired Mike to kill him. However Mike refuses and then they just get Tuco locked up in prison instead.

Then Nacho wanted Hector dead after he threatened to take over his father's business for his drug smuggling. Nacho switched the pills to kill Hector, but unfortunately he survived.

Lastly Nacho and Gus wanted to kill Lalo in Season 5, and of course Lalo survived and killed all those hitmen.

There's probably some sense of irony here that Nacho wanted 3 Salamanca's to die and was involved all 3 times...and all 3 times failed. Nacho is 3 strikes, he's out.
