[SPOILERS] Was Cersei offering a truce to Margaery on S04E05 or was she still playing the game?

Cersei and Margaery had a little talk after Tommen was crowned and I don't know what to make of it on Cersei's part. I'm sure Margaery was still playing the game, I know she still wants to be queen. Was Cersei tired of playing the game at that point and had her guard down and Margaery totally fucked it or was Cersei still playing the game?
