So I’m not sure if this had been discovered or not but I figured I’d throw my two cents in

I noticed that every time Walter was related to or had connections to someone in some way who he had killed or been a part of the killing he almost takes their traits over.

Before Walter strangles Krazy-8 in the basement he notices that Krazy-8 removes the crust from his sandwiches. Once Walter buys his own condo after getting kicked out by Skyler there are several scenes in which he is preparing himself lunch for the day and he begins to cut his crust off of his sandwiches as well.

In the scene where Gus murders the Mexican cartel, when he enters the restroom to throw up the alcohol he had consumed he places a towel on the ground to kneel on. In one of the episodes after it is revealed the Walter’s cancer is back there is a scene of him throwing up over his toilet in which he does the same with the towel.

And finally after witnessing Hanks death Walter changes his liquor order. If you watch previous episodes of water drinking whiskey he usually gets it with ice. However in the second to last episode when he is watching the television in the bar he orders a whiskey “neat” which means without ice. There are several scenes in which we can see that Hank drinks his without ice, and Walter usually drank his with ice, but following Hanks death he removed the ice.

I’m sorry that I don’t know the specific episode titles or anything this is something that I had just recently picked up on during my last rewatch of the show if there is anything else that I had missed please feel free to comment.
