S3:
-
Every episode felt like a lot was happening, even if it was a bottle episode.
-
We had interesting dynamics between characters such as Madison and the Ottos and Taqa
-
More character dynamics between Nick + Troy the crazy bromance
-
PEOPLE SPOKE NORMAL AND WHEN THEY TRIED TO TALK NOT NORMAL THEY GET CALLED OUT
-
We were not watching a show in almost black and white
-
We were getting the journey of a family becoming villains
-
The showrunner knew they'd ruin the show in S4. So he killed off a character so they could not ruin it.
S4 we got:
- MORGAN SAYING "I LOSE PEOPLE THEN I LOSE MYSELF" for A WHOLE SEASON.
- EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER from season 3 on a path to being villains? Yea they get talked into being heroes after ONE CONVERSATION. Their whole VIEW of the world changes just like that 2+ years into the apocalypse.
- You thought Herschel's infinite shotgun was bad? A news reporter has a truck with infinite machine gun bullets.
- That same news reporter video tapes everyone asking "what's your story" as her gimmick.
- We have a character that ran away from every group she found in the first half of the season till MORGAN talked to her. Morgan SAVES EVERYONE.
- "A show without strong women is telling stupid stories" SAYS THE SHOWRUNNER WHO GAVE US THE ABOVE TWO CHARACTERS
- NOTHING HAPPENS. You can watch 4 episodes out of a 16 episode season and know everything you need to know about what happened.
- We have to believe that someone in a wheelchair pre-apocalypse is able to survive 3+ years into the apocalypse.
- Second half of the season is about making beer and a crazy lady's obsession(who has been killing everyone she has seen since the start) with our main character and not killing him instantly.
- Villain has to get themselves killed because our main characters are unable to do so.
SCOTT GIMPLE TOOK OVER THIS SHOW AND RUINED IT.
