...is stealing from the cartel? Everyone seems to think it but why in the world would he do that? After what he did to Hector you'd think he'd lay kinda low, not go to ripping off the cartel. People are citing his new pad and car as evidence he's been skimming, but we never saw his place before the time skip. And he has an envelope full of money. Maybe thats just his regular pay.
