Gus/Lalo

I responded to a comment tonight, a while ago, about how great Lalo is as a character. I agree obviously.

Now, in my opinion Lalo is still less of a villain than Gus and I don't mean in terms of the acting or writing I'm saying I think Gus is a WAY worse guy than Lalo and I cheer for him over Gus. This could change but I wonder if the writers thought about his character after he killed Fred and decided to make him more sympathetic than Gus. I honestly felt a little bad for the guy at the end of Season 5. Gus is still the main villain in my opinion. Lalo could very well surpass him in the next season but as of now, I still think Gus is a worse guy than Lalo. Wondered if you guys think that's what they are going for or if you feel the same.
