I hope this post doesn't come to offense of anybody, but watching Better Call Saul, I feel like it's a very real possibility that Jimmy has ADHD, and I compiled some reasons why I think so down below. If anything in this post is incorrect or offensive, please let me know and I'll try to fix it : ). Alright here's my evidence: Rejection sensitivity dysphoria in his relationships to Chuck and Kim. (Not exclusively adhd but applicable) Plenty of impulsive actions (ripping out the cupholder, switching the light switch, making his d&m commercials, hummel figure stealing, etc.) A lot of fidgeting and recklessness (sleepless nights in company apartment). Frequent mood swings and emotional regulation, hard time controlling anger (bar committee rejection, Chuck describes his cycle as a "sudden showing of emotion") Very anti-establishment and anti-sceduele (davis and main job, hate for hhm, general hate for establishment.) Fast talker, and a fast thinker, and he has a distorted view of himself and is always trying to pretend to be somebody he's not. Did poorly in school but managed to hyperfocus and pass the bar exam on his own terms. Some executive dysfunction (not a lot, mostly seen in himself dealing with the choice to go to therapy). Always takes the shortest, and possibly hardest route, will always take shortcuts and try to leave behind problems in as little time possible.
There's a lot, but I think Jimmy's time at Davis & Main really showed at least some type of neurodivergence, especially the time we saw when he was alone in the company apartment.
Also I haven't seen season 5 yet, there may be more things to mention there but I wouldn't know, you can comment on it but try to keep major spoilers away if possible.
So all that being said, do you think that Jimmy may have ADHD?
