I started watching Game of Thrones after the 3rd season had just finished. Like always, when I find something I love, I become obnoxiously obsessed with it. I went to a book store to buy the books and thought, “I’m just gonna pick up one of the books, skim to a random page and read a paragraph or two. Just to get a small feel of the writing style. Surely I won’t be spoiled by anything….”
Then I picked up a book, flipped to a page and read a paragraph that ended with “only the cold.” My eyes widened, I threw the book back to the shelf and walked outta there! I said to myself “Jon snow dies, Jon snow dies, Jon snow dies” all the way to the car 😂 none of my friends who watched the show read the books either, and Any time it would come up in conversation I would Always let people know that I knew something happened to someone 🙈 it was such a hard secret to keep!
