I just realized Walt was introduced to Jane as Jesse's dad and Donald (Jane's dad) was introduced to Jesse as Jane's dad on the same porch.

May not be as interesting as I think it is, but I guess these scenes are where Walt and Donald's lives first start to come together leading up to the plane crash.
