In the "King in the North" scene with Jon Snow, at the end everyone unsheathes their swords and proclaims Jon king.
Everyone except Littlefinger that is, but I've noticed something else. Tormund and the free folk don't do this either. We all know the free folk take after Mance and refuse to bend the knee. Will this cause tensions between the northmen/knights of the vale and the free folk? They may follow Jon but refuse to acknowledge him as their King.
Or perhaps I'm overthinking it and it really won't be a problem since Jon isn't like Stannis in that he won't demand that they bend the knee or die.
