I know you're going to say Walt Jr still has that trust set up for him but I strongly think he's going to refuse it probably seeing it as blood money. Also its pretty suspicious that a billionaire friend of a former drug lord would conveniently be leaving behind a trust fund for his kids.
Walt's journey in the end was really all for nothing... :/
